Sarah Briggs - Event Director

 Sarah is our business co-ordinator and has worked in many areas of hospitality at various venues including sporting, conferencing, and in hotels in particular. This has included working front of house, organising dinners and corporate functions. Having moved to Informa / IBC Publishing group, Sarah organised conference venues across Europe, becoming Account Manager and was responsible for overseeing venue bookings for over 500 events a year. During her time in Glasgow, Sarah was involved in organising events, press and product launches for car, fashion, pharmaceutical, healthcare and media companies in a newly opened five star luxury hotel.  

Joining CJS in 2005, she has progressed within the ever growing CJS family to the position of Event Director (Public Sector). Sarah's role at CJS has a prime focus on clients such as the Association of Chief Police Officers and the Metropolitan Police. In February 2008, Sarah was the event manager for the first UK National Counter Terrorism Conference. This successful, high profile event was attended by over 450 delegates from the Police and Security services.
