With every event CJS Event Solutions appoints a producer/project manager, who will be your dedicated point of contact. Their role will be to assist in anything that happens behind the scenes, from developing the initial event concept, through to devising the event programme.

Your CJS event producer can assist with such issues as:

• Content and themes
• Set and stage design, props
• Presentations
• Video creation
• Opening and closing modules
• Presenter guidance
• Entertainment

On the day of an event the project manager will ensure everything runs smoothly on stage; operating presentations, calling all cues, including video and music, ensuring that the presenters have everything they need.
