Delegate Registration

Managing delegates before, during and after a conference is a significant task and one that CJS is well equiped to handle on your behalf.

Pre-event
The CJS team can take care of all enquiries from potential delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. We offer a dedicated telephone number and e-mail address and can accept bookings via phone, fax, e-mail and post. For fee-paying events we can can issue invoices on your behalf and collect registration fees.

At the event
The CJS front of house team will prepare all delegate badges and look after registration on the day of the event. Duplicate and last minute badges can be issued on-site and we can also arrange for day-of-event registration and payment. We can now offer photograph ID badges, that can be produced immediately onsite to enhance security and aid networking.
