Safer Neighbourhoods Awards

Combatting local crime has been a major target for the Met Police, especially in the current climate of both gun and knife culture.

Part of the initiative is the Safer Neighbourhoods Campaign, which is designed to find solutions from within the community by involving todays youth. This awards event was designed to reward those who had made an outstanding contribution to the Safer Neighbourhoods scheme, particularly those who had set up working projects. Myleene Klass was on hand to present the awards and a very special cheque.

CJS  was heavily involved in all aspects of the event and supplied front of house management and all technical services, including set, sound and lighting, live camera relay, presentation assistance, video camera recording, as well as production of an event DVD.
