ACPO Professional Standards

The 2007 ACPO Professional Standards Confernce took place in Manchester, organised by CJS Event Solutions Ltd.

The conference examined the challenges and opportunities presented to the Police Service  by the ' Taylor' reforms. In addition, the conference examined threats arising from the National Strategic Assessment, such as intelligence leakage. Among the speakers were Nick Hardwick, Chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Commission and Paul West, Chief Constable of West Mercia Constabulary.

CJS managed all front of house delegate services, such as registration and badging, as well as all technical aspects of the conference.
